Committee Meetings

The troop committee meets on the first Tuesday of the month, usually at the Beaverton Resource Center (any changes of venue will be published in the calendar on this website).

Meetings start at 7:00PM and run typically until 8:30PM (sometimes 9PM if we have a lot to talk about).

All registered adults are members of the committee, and any adult associated with the troop may and are highly encouraged to attend.

These meetings are for deciding the direction our troop moves in.

If you want to see your boys doing something in the community, or know of something that you think our boys could do for the community please attend and give us your ideas.

This meeting provides the venue for our adults to "voice" their opinion of the troop and to be involved in the decision process.

All troop parents are welcome to attend the meeting.
